Version 2.00.001

In this version the focus was on user experience. Navigation was improved, fewer mandatory fields are now required when creating new datastreams, and several texts have been updated.

The updates don’t require any action on the end-user’s part, and no changes to datasets, APIs, or endpoints in this release.

What's new?

  • We’ve changed the buttons to the Documentation and Support pages. Previously they were tiny icons, but now they’re links. Additionally, they’ve been move to the left of the Settings menu.
  • Optimizations were made in the way datasets are loaded, as a result the dataset list is loaded noticeably faster.
  • The number of mandatory columns for a datastream were reduced. The instructions and the template file have been updated to reflect these changes.
  • The contact information on the privacy policy page was updated.
  • Instructions for batch uploading datastreams have been overhauled; The text has been formatted for easier read en instructions have been made much clearer.

Bug fixes

  • Previewing a datastream would under particular circumstances cause an error. A bad reference was corrected to resolve the issue.
  • Resolved an issue where an error would occur if an uploaded file contained invalid characters.
